Dr. Joseph Bocchini summarizes the CDCs Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommendation to replace the current 7-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine with the new 13-valent version. Dr. Bocchini is professor of pediatrics and chairman of the department of pediatrics Louisiana State University, Shreveport.
