    I would recommend that you not do this kind of web search. Instead go directly to reputable sites that provide health information so you know you are getting fact instead of hype.

    In fact the best person to get advice from is your doctor (notice how the anti vaccination websites never recommend that you get medical advice from a medical professional)?
